Dr Sudhir Kulkarni holds a Ph D. in Management and is a graduate in civil engineering from VJTI Mumbai and MBA from JBIMS Mumbai. He is a goal-oriented professional with over 40 years of expertise in project management, business analysis/consulting, financial analysis, and process management in the site and construction management verticals at reputable companies such as L & T Realty Ltd, Mahindra Lifespaces, Raheja Universal, Emaar MGF, UTI etc.
